Need help

I have two question's.

1. When driving on the highway at 65mph and above with cruise control on or off my engine surges and I also feel it in the gas pedal.

2. When my trans shifts out of overdrive it is pretty harsh.

Anyone know what could cause both problem's BTW they are no related

I have a 95 F150 302 with EAOD trans.

Does the speedometer read accurately or also fluctuate? Are there any fault codes present? Are you sure they are not related?

It’s an E4OD trans?

Transmission could be a 4R70W that is also 100% electronic controlled.

Speedo fluctuates slightly,no fault codes,As being related to the trans problem that I don't know.

There is no such thing as an EAOD transmission. What is the Trans Code on the sticker located on the driver side b pillar?
