Well my EGR cooler went to leaking and I’m hoping I caught it in time before it lifts my heads. I’ve been wondering where my coolant loss was coming from after my trip to Mesquite,NV for Thanksgiving. Had minimal loss on the way down there but by the time I got home it was down to the bottom of the degas tank. Now on cold starts in the morning it will billow white clouds and dissipates quickly once it gets to temp then it quits.
My temp spread between EOT and ECT is 8-10*.
So my question is since I’ve never had the intake off what parts will I need to repair this. I’m going to order the intake manifold gaskets and the EGR gasket kit. Is there anything else? I do have a spare EGR cooler that I’m going to weld up so I’m good there.
Ok looking for some help with a couple part numbers. I need the oil filter base oring # and the oring # for the hard coolant line into the front cover.
