brake controller wiring
I have a 2015 Transit 250 with the MR, 148" wheel base and 3.2 diesel. It came with the trailer tow package and wiring provisions but there is no controller wire under the cup holder because Ford made some different builds that don't make sense and mine is the C1DAB and JZDAB. That being said I was going to run a wire to the blue that meets the 7 pin at the rear, red to the brake pedal, white will be grounded and then I was going to run the black to the positive battery cable with a 25amp fuse. Is this all I need to do? Ford failed on this one. How do you sell a vehicle with the tow package and not include the controller or at least the wiring? I have been to the dealer and they are stumped which worries me.
