Injector Recommendations?

Hi all, would like to replace my injectors for the first time. Wondering if anyone has thoughts on these injectors. Not sure if I should go with reman or new. Thank you!

Reman from Accurate Diesel: https://www.accuratediesel.com/shop/15.html

Reman from IDI Performance: Stock Injectors

New from Stanadyne: https://www.accuratediesel.com/shop/14.html

I've never heard of Accurate Diesel before. Maybe others know if it's a reputable shop.

R&D is supposed to be a good shop to do business with. Don't forget about Conestoga Diesel, they're highly rated:

fuel injection injection pump injection pump rebuilding injection pump repair, Conestoga Diesel Injection Fuel Injection and Turbocharger Rebuilding. The Moose Pump people! Willow Street, PA Ford

RnD tests all of his and matches them, that will make the truck run better IMO and because of this I consider them better than new. I bought my new Stanadynes off Ebay for 300 shipped with no core charge because I wanted them now without messing with that.

They operated out of Deland FL and ran a Ebay listing last time I looked.

I would go with R&D Performance, he is a member here and is highly recommended here on the forum.
How many miles on the engine? What I have read the Injection Pumps are good for 150K miles. Change the injectors and the higher pop pressure can cause a worm pump to have problems.

$690 for a pump and $305 for the Injectors adds up, but it will run smooth.

I pulled a set of Injectors and the pump at PNP to send in as cores.

FWIW Stanadyne no longer makes the IDI injectors.

I've been really happy with the R&D parts; he uses new nozzles(pintle+seat) which is what wears.

On the other hand, I once bought a set from Pensacola diesel and within 5-10K miles I had one totally dead(just pouring fuel out, no pressure), a couple of leakers, and no pressure consistancy among any of them.

I tested a set of Stage1s after a year in my truck and they were all within a 50-80 psi range, about what they had started at(I had personally checked these myself before and after - note that my gauge is hard enough to read within a 100psi range, so they are more than 'good enough')

I have not bought reman injectors from accurate diesel in years but the injectors were great quality, they were just a real pain in the *** about the cores. I used to buy reman injectors from Pensacola diesel til they started having quality control issues, since then i have only bought brand new injectors usually stanadyne but last time i bought a set of delphi brand off ebay and so far have been very satisfied with them.

That reminds me - if you(or anyone else) has an old set of injectors, as long as the body is intact, R&D IDI Performance will buy them straight up for $10/each($80/set).
It might cost a few $ to ship in a small flat rate box, but even so, it puts old injectors back to use and offsets the cost of new injectors by a bit.

i would not consider anyone for injectors except Justin at R&D or conestoga.
and Justin would get the nod for being a member here.

Thank you for all the recommendations!

R&D sounds like a winner. Emailed them with no luck on a response so hesitant to put a purchase through. What is Justin's handle on ford-trucks?

Otherwise injectors from Stanadyne's seems great for the price.

Conestoga unfortunately is a little out of my price range. Pensacola everyone is saying has lost their quality.

I am using the higher PSI injectors from Conestoga and very happy with them. I would only order fuel system parts for an IDI from Conestoga or R&D, both are reputable.

I called him yesterday and his mail box was full, called later in the afternoon and talked to him for a few min.
He is just busy in the shop.

I have a set of Injectors Iam sending out to him on Monday.
