Dually tire question

I have a 2000 F550 rollback tow truck.
When I bought the truck, it had almost new mud and snow tread tires all the way around.
I didn't want the aggressive tread on the front so I bought new straight tread for the front and put the other two tires in the shed.
Now, I needed two wheels because I lost some studs and rounded a couple of bolt holes.
So I bought two new wheels and plan on putting the almost new tires on them.
Now, my question.
Should I put both the new tires on the same side or can I put one on each side?
If I do, should I put them both on the inside or outside?
Or does it matter?
The ones on the truck have about 30,000 miles on them.

Thanks for any replies.

I'd measure the two once you have them mounted and aired up. If any significant difference I'd mount them both on the same side.

these are really grandular questions....I personally dont think it matters..but luck would have it..you could be dealing with out of balance tires in which case...any and all considerations might help...such as putting all the air valves 90 degrees apart on the whole axle.

Best to keep them together, once mounted measure the circumference and compare to the other tires, if the same it doesn't matter, if different keep them paired up.
