Like he said Time for a cody test!! Need to isolate each head and see if you have HPO system leak somewhere.

Planning on it. Just researched the "Cody test" and will see if I can put some rollers I have on the excursion and get it low enough to get through the garage door to get it inside.

Well we went from -16 to 56 degrees in a week so I took advantage of the 56 today and swapped the ipr. It now makes 2800-2900 icp on the short 4 mile test drive. Obviously way better than 950. So from here I'm going to run it some and see what happens. Thanks for everyone's help so far. Now on to my truck which is getting all new injectors and maybe more.
