Sync at low temperatures

Here is a strange one. On my '17 the Sync and bluetooth do not work under approximately 40 degrees until the truck has warmed up for at least a 1/2 hour. After that it works fine. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

My sync 2 (14 raptor) and Sync 3 (17 F350) have been perfect to at least zero (very recently tested, as in this week).

Negative, works fine at 20 degrees. (which is cold for Houston)
