lowering E-100 and Disc Brake Conversion
I would like to lower the front end of my early 1969 e-100 shorty van. I am in the midst of lowering a 1967 Mercury F-100 and am wondering if the same drop i-beams may work in the van. The measurements are very close but not exact. The E-100 beams are about a quarter of an inch longer. I cannot find anyone who makes a kit for the econolines. Any help would be greatly appreciated or some advice as to how to lower the e-100 would help.
I would also like to learn a little more about how to convert the front to disc brakes so any info in that are would also be helpful.
