Don't settle for whatever price shows up in the shopping cart after entering a promo code, talk to someone and ask what is the best they can do. I used Ethan this last go round. I used the same approach at Headlight Revolution to save an additional 10%.
Only thing I've ordered elsewhere was Weigh Safe, and I might be the reason that a couple of you got 40% off instead of the 20% they were running before/during Thanksgiving...I called them Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving and asked "since you're gonna be running the deal this Friday, how about me jumping the gun a bit?" They obliged, but had to wait a few minutes while one of their software guys generated a discount code...discount got doubled by the time Black Friday rolled around, likely due to an already generated code that kicked in.

Like mtnbkr I've ordered from AutoAnything in the past and been satisfied with them. Same with RealTruck.
For genuine Ford accessories I like Fairway Ford from Ohio. They have an ebay store but you can also contact them via their website. I now stay away from Tasca Ford. They have some good prices sometimes, but my last go round with them it took me about 3 weeks to receive a security module for remote start. And then they failed to state on their ebay listing that they can't activate it for you. Also slow responses to any questions.
