^ same here, if you do end up replacing it, I'm perfectly happy with the 2 Champions that I've put in (1 in my own, one in a neighbor's) - both are in work trucks that get bounced and pounded pretty hard, with lots of warm up/cool down cycles, and have been perfectly fine, both in durability and cooling. Don't know what they'll do long-term for corrosion, but it's not like aluminum radiators are new tech to the industry.
Both the ones I got had auto tranny coolers in them - and both the pickups were manuals . So I don't know how good the coolers are, but they're there. Was going to plumb mine into my power steering the next time I change a line, but it hasn't happened yet - not that it needs it, but it's there, why not?
And just an FYI, champion has an awesome warranty, I believe lifetime. Mine had a small leak at a weld seam when I got it, and even though I bought it through ebay, I returned it direct to champion, shipping paid for both ways, with no issue. Hard to find someone with service like that anymore.
