That sure looks like the unit, and the seller name seems familiar. I think I was in contact with them awhile go when I was considering installing one of those. the guy was very responsive and helpful. The big deal with those is that it fits the factory hole without any modification and can be removed like the original radio. To me...that's worth the extra cost if I don't have to remove of cut my dash.
Any reviews on the eBay direct fit radio ?
I like how it fits perfectly and is plug and play & can be removed easily.
Looks like most peeps are going with the Joying or Pumpkin.
I just watched the install video from the eBay page, and it does install very simply. No cutting, just wire the harness interface, plug in the GPS antenna and radio antenna and push back in the dash. Placing the GPS antenna in the dash like the video shows is not the best way as there is going to be metal in the way that will block the signal and result in poor GPS positining. The radio uses the same locks on the sides as the factory, but this also limits the width of the screen. I did not see any screen deminsions in the eBay ad. I have written to the seller asking about how to tap into the steering wheel control as that is mentioned, but not shown. If you have a CAN BUS interface, a steering wheel control adapter is going tomight be required.

Reason: Can Bus info
And if you have anything you want to ask, just choose the Contact seller option. Sorry but eBay wants all communication for product listed on their site to go through them.
He is going to make more videos and is also looking into making the center console controls work. He states he personally tests each unit before he ships them out.

Placed an order from him a few days ago after speaking with him for an hour on the phone. He's an honest, stand-up guy and as you've mentioned- drives an 05' Ex so this is his primary focus and one he has a vested interest in. Selling points for me:
Factory looks (it's my wife's Ex and she felt the large screens looked out of place, despite being easier to see).
*****. Hard to find anymore and I much prefer them.
Install Ease. No cutting and R&R without removing dash
Capability. 95% of the original H/U (minus the 2nd row H/U controls which he's working) + DVD/BT/Backup Camera/Nav/Phone/Music Streaming/Apps
I'll try and start a thread with some thoughts once I get everything up and running. Bought an Alpine HCE-C1100 to go along with it instead of his packaged back-up camera because the Alpine has high dynamic range (HDR). New to android H/U's so I may be picking the brain trust on best practices in using it...
