2017 F350 CC Platinum Dually..Sticker price $83.715. Purchase (3 weeks ago)price $70.355. Got 47k trade in 2014 F350 CC lariat Dually with 34k....that sticker for new in 7/14 at 69.877 got it for 55k.
Im sure I could have done better, but this truck was 30 minutes from home (so not a lot of time invested, which we needed, and southern MA is not the truck center of the universe, not infinite choices). Used 17 350 crew, plat ultimate, with all the towing bits, $78.6 sticker. Truck had 11k miles, paid $66k. Was a Ford executive truck (was titled to Ford, and a half dozen Ford dealers were in the GPS). If I haddnt found this truck, would have ordered an 18, but this worked out better for our business to buy in 17.
WOW, a lot of you are paying well below invoice and getting all of holdback from them, around me that just does not happen and I have 4 dealers within 15 miles that like to compete. For my next truck, I may need to take a road trip to Indiana, Virginia or Texas.
2017 F250 6.7 Lariat CCSB MSRP 65k
walked out the door with a final price that included TTL at 60k. Bought at the beginning of the October. Also got some additional items thrown in to seal the deal.
Probably not the best deal around but I was happy with it.
Interesting topic, I posted a similar one in the F150 forum a couple of years ago.
Date of purchase is also relevant, here. Those who purchased shortly after the new models were introduced are likely to have paid more than those who waited for the end of the model year.
You’re right about that. I got mine in February and after beating up the dealer for a week I only ended up with about $1k in savings and a free bedliner. I finally told him I was just going to order one and he could keep what’s on the lot and he relented.

I'm trying to work a deal on a 17 or 18 now here on the east coast (South Carolina). I have found the best advertised deals this way in Virginia and Indiana. There are some decent deals in Georgia and I found a dealer in Charlotte, NC that has good deals but they never have the color/options combo I want. I will take the deal I like from Virginia most likely and offer it to the dealers in my area. If they want to do business, I will buy here. If they tell me they can't get close to the price, I will rent a one way car (or flight) to Virginia and drive home.
This is the same technique I used when purchasing my 15 Yukon XL Denali and was very effective. I found the best price on GMC's at Laura GMC in Collinsville, IL (St. Louis basically). I got a quote from a salesman at Laura GMC for a price to order the exact vehicle I wanted. I took it around my area and was told the price was impossible and they could not meet it. Right before I worked out my trip to St. Louis, I got a call from a dealer an hour and a half away that said they would come close enough to the deal in Illinois for my liking and went with that dealer. The MSRP was $80,500 or so and the deal was $9k below that amount while the Laura GMC deal was $11k below MSRP. Most dealers would only entertain about $2k off the MSRP at the time since the Yukon was a new design.
which dealer is this? Did you order it or buy off the lot? Seems like a really good deal!
Ordered a 2018. At first the local dealers in Charleston weren't playing ball, but once I told them that I was ready to pull the trigger with a dealer in Georgia, Palmetto Ford matched it. X-plan - full holdback - rebates. Fees capped due to X-plan.
48K out the door in July, sticker was 55k. Truck is a F250 XL CCSB, 4x4, PSD. Major adds include:
STX package
3.31 electronic locking rear
Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera system with Sync 3
Power Equipment Group
Bought in February. $73k out the door. F250 Platinum in white platinum tri-coat. Already had Line-X, Toyo AT 35s. Found one much cheaper but without a lot of the features or Line-X and tires. Brunello color was hard to find at the time as were Platinums in general.

Awesome! So if msrp was 79,650, what was the negotiated price of the truck after xplan, holdbacks, and incentives? (Excluding tax, title, dock etc.) I ask because I want the exact same truck and have x plan. However I have no clue what the holdbacks are. Trying to figure my number I plop on the table and say meet this or I go somewhere else.

Im in SC too. Give Crossroads Ford in Indian Trail a try. They are right outside of Charlotte NC. I found them on Carguru.com. They were the only place with truck I wanted. $71,595 sticker. I got out for $62,500 even. I traded my 2014 F150 STX CC 4x4. They gave me $25,500 for it. It was paid for so i financed $37,000 on the 250. Pretty easy process with them. I was out in about an hour and a half. Mike
First time poster but have been reading for some time.
Picked up a 2017 F350 Lariat, $74,475 Sticker and paid $62,302. I purchased it outright without trade.
I purchased from Jeff Belzer Ford in New Prague MN. Volume dealer who is easy to deal with. I also purchased the 8 year 120,000 mile warranty for $2,950, I used Flood Ford as an example and they beat their price.
