I'm sure it was something simple like a blown fuse, or some dealer only reset trick.

The service associate stated the entire security system needed a complete reset and reboot...they also recommended disconnecting the Viper system to assure no future problems...it seems that Viper systems have a way of conflicting with on board Ford Systems....So I agreed to have them disconnect the Viper System....which was fine with me because I would never use the remote start system anyway....oddly the invoice from the dealer only showed my original statement of the problems and a $0.00 balance due...keeping an eye on everything right now but at this point everything seems Ok and fully functioning....Thanks Guys
