Turn Signal Issue

I just bought a 2000 Excursion. The left rear turn signal is rapidly blinking and the front turn signal doesn't work when you signal or use the hazards. However, it does flash on when I lock the truck, which shows me that i have power to the socket. That being said, the left arrow on the cluster in the truck doesn't flash when you signal or use the hazards. Is that bulb part of the circuit that would cause only the front signal not to flash, or am i looking at a MFS?

ETA: Yes, i've already replaced the two front signal bulbs to verify that they weren't the issue, lol.

I suspect the multifunction switch or wires that are being pulled on inside the column. Tilt the wheel radically one way and see if there is a change.
