It does have an oil leak under the motor I noticed, and has been running rough/sluggish on the interstate over 50 MPH. I'll wait and see what's covered with my warranty and go from there. He doesn't think any need to redo the studs.

Look at the glow plug boots. But it also depends on how bad it is and where
it seems to be dripping from. Can you tell the location of about where?
