Looking to replace my OEM headlights with LEDs. Just wanted to see what other guys are running these days. I have a 2011 F250. Do this bulb upgrade require a load resistor?
I went with LasFit LED h13's from ebay.. $36 with free shipping and the install was plug and play..I love 'em....their customer service is good and the lights come packaged nicely...just search lasfit h13 led on ebay and they'll come up..
It is very dark where I live and the stock halogens were pathetic..the LED's are awesome...

I've only had them about a month..so far no problems..I didn't need to do anything special to install them..
I think the turn signal/resistor issue is for when you use LED'S for your tailights and turn signals....
I just got the bulbs in the mail this evening. I was gonna wait to do it tomorrow but I figure wtf. I watched a couple of youtube videos on how to access the bulb. It wasn't too bad. All I really needed was a 10mm socket and light. I was a little nervous removing the grill. It wasn't too bad all you have to do is pull out and it comes off. Heres some pics.

I'm a fan of light but that low beam comparison is a perfect example of why cheap LED bulbs should not be in a factory reflector type housing. Great if you're the driver, painful if you're oncoming. The clockability of other brands in the link above really show the difference when it comes to that cutoff.

I've been running mine over a month and have never been "flashed"....I believe the lasfit bulbs can be clocked differently if needed.

Only high beams . This photo was taken before I adjust at the beam pattern for the high beam has been corrected even cut off Just headlights . Just foglights . The brand and Led bulbs
definitely great LED bulbs you will not be disappointed. I find by using the fanless bulbs on the bottom you don't have to worry about any stuff going up there and clogging up the motors
I had to remove the bulb loose in the Allen bolt that secures the LED bulb and slightly turn it it may have been something that was on it when I pulled it out and fell off that was on there when I installed it but whatever happened it is lined up perfect without that little hot spot towards the left
