Just did the head studs, Head gaskets, external oil cooler, dummy plugs and STC fitting but now it won’t start. I have read a lot and subscribed to many YouTube channels to see what’s going on as we don’t have that much of a help or professionals where I live. I rebuilt the engine (Cylinder sleeves, main bearings, studded block, Etc etc). I’m using torque pro app with Bluetooth adapter to monitor ipr, icp, ficm and hpop. Can anybody tell me from what you see in the picture if there is anything wrong? Any help will be appreciated. PD: I have check fuel, oil and all other related check list.
i was unable to upload a video but here’s the link to a video I uploaded in you tube:
I see your oil and coolant temps are 100... Is it really 100 where you are? If not, why are the temps that high if it won't start? I'm wondering if it's an electrical issue.
It can take a lot of cranking after a rebuild, but now that you have high pressure oil, it shouldn't take much more.
Thanks for the reply!!! before the rebuilt it was P02285 related to ICP sensor, P0198 oil temperature sensor and P0118 coolant temperature but now I have cleared them and only the oil temp P0198 is set? Would that be an issue?

thanks for the reply mate!!! Would the temp reading prevent from the engine to start? Do you see anything abnormal in the icp values?
As mattdoc88 mentioned check the wiring to the oil and water sensors possibly a short in one of them. Also check for FPW is the FICM sending the command to fire the injectors. Do you have fuel pressure to the top fuel bowl? Does it fill with fuel? It sounded like it wanted to fire at first but stopped like there wasn’t fuel.

It looks like it does have fuel. I will double check for proper fuel delivery and pressure. I’m scratching my head at this point and trying to remain calmed as this is now my workhorse and put a lot of effort and money to bring it back to life. I want to ensure that I have good oil pressure readings from the IPR and ICP sensors. What do you guys think?
The way I see it your pressures look good. If they were hitting 85% and 400 psi I'd be concerned. Double check that all the plugs to sensors and ficm are seated correctly.

Well...before it used to “no start hot” due to the STC fitting and dummy plugs. I lifted the cab and replaced those items. I will double check the connections. Here’s some photos of the progress.

It looks like i have low pressure from lift pump at the frame rail. Will need to order new pump. Algo noticed that a weird “air leak” like sound is coming from the fuel bowl but no bubbles and all connections are tight.
The reason I asked if it's really 100 degrees is: if it's not, you have some sensor issues that could be a clue to other problems. So, is it 100 degrees? You don't have a location in your profile so I can't look that up.
And assuming those are fuel filters in the last picture, your fuel system is definitely not stock, in case you weren't already aware. (In case a previous owner did this and you assumed it was normal)

Im so dumb. I did not update my location. I’m from Guatemala City and we have a hot weather here (above 100 degrees) I’m aware that those at the fender are fleet guard fuel filters that we use for our Versatile 876, 835, 846 and 875 with the Cummins engine. I just mocked the filter base as we relocated the oil cooler and will be using Baldwin ones for our application. My truck is still using the factory primary and secondary stock fuel filters.
