I have a 2000 f150 4x2 and I had an issue with the front driver side brakes.
The back side of the front driverside wheel was junk and it seemed like the old caliper wouldnt depress all the way with a C clamp. Front side was fine.
Mechanic buddy of mine also replaced the caliper and brake hose back in June.
I bought a new rotor/hub assembly caliper and pads which were preloaded on the caliper.
I have everything together, bled the brakes and the wheel hangs up on the brake pads when just trying to spin the wheel. This is with the pads and piston pushed all the way back.
The weird part is the new rotor/hub is 1/8" thicker than the older one and the lug studs are significantly smaller so I cant use my old lug nuts.
It really seems like the hub / rotor dosent fit or is wrong.
If the lug studs are the wrong size, you have the wrong rotor........ take it back and have them check again........ take the ORIGINAL unit with you to compare.
