Crossing the line
I originally joined this forum because I had a 49 panel truck so it was the right fit. Life happens and I had to pick certain battles and the panel lost. When we lost Joey he left behind a 68 F-250. It has been in the family one way or another since new. In 08 I started restoring the truck. I wish to share whatever has been done with this group unless it is necessary to put it on the time appropriate forum. Any thoughts. The next thing is to master posting pictures. One step at a time.

It doesn't bother me a bit. We love bumpsides
I've posted a build thread to my slightly OT truck -- 1926 Model T Packard powered pick-up. Worst case scenario is that the moderator might move it after a time.

I hate to admit I old now but I have owned many trucks of all descriptions at one time or another. Love to see your trucks. I learned to drive at about 10 on the farm and my dad had old Fords, Dodges, GMC's and even an Fargo which is like a Dodge.
I post questions and pics about my Studebaker because this is the best place to get help and correct answers. Besides the people on this forum are just plain nice, even the moredators are really great nice people that want to help. I had to sell my 49 F3 due to medical reasons (used my head as a battering ram for too long playing football) but my heart is still here. Post those pics and have fun in the memory of Joey.

Yep, most of us here can appreciate a decent truck no mater what flavor, especially when there is a family connection. We are going to need some pictures.
I'll break the ice here...
Besides working on my 49 F1, and my slightly OT Packard powered Model T, I've also been working on my dad's 75 Dodge D200. My grandpa was a Dodge man in his later years. As I kid I remember he had a 66 Dodge Charger that my grandma drove (my dad ended up buying this car and I drove it in high school) He also had a early 60's sweptline Dodge truck. When he retired he and grandma wanted to travel and he bought a 5th wheel trailer. The trailer place wouldn't sell him the trailer because the sweptline was only a 1/2 ton so grandpa went out and bought the 75 D200. Grandpa passed away back in the 80's and my dad had to rescue the truck from my cousins. For just a basic old truck its in pretty good shape and only has 75,000 miles.
My son has taken an interest in it and I think will by it from my dad eventually.
