Need radiator advice
Original fill of gold was good for 10 years/100k, I think 2nd fill good for 5 years/50k. Green is maybe 3/36(?)
You waste way more on gas driving a V-10 van than you're spending on replacement parts. When gas was $4 per gallon I remember spending $120 on a single fillup--that is what a cheap radiator will cost

Not sure how Transit Connects and HHR's are selling on the used car market and I view the TC as a Focus because that's what it is. Take a look at the Dodge RAM C/V, the cargo version of the Grand Caravan built from 2012-2015. They are coming off fleets now and are decent cargo carriers; I really like the 3.6 Pentastar engine and parts/service are everywhere because they're the same as the Grand Caravan/Town and Country. They had some issues with the front cyl head on the 2011 engine but the C/V with the blanked out windows appeared in 2012. Way more room inside than the Transit Connect and almost twice the horsepower.
The HHR has way less room--similar to an Escape or something. It's like a PT Cruiser (which you can buy dirt cheap, yank the seats, cover the windows if something that small would really work...)
Or look for a clean pampered E150 passenger or conversion van, pull the seats, put opaque vinyl over the windows or get a wrap printed with your biz name.
