Studder on slight acceleration

Studder on slight acceleration
If anyone ever had this issue with there 6.0.
Truck hasn't fully warmed up ECT 170, EOT 150 Trans 110, RPM 1,700-1,900, 95-100klm, 6th gear. Whenever I slightly press the go pedal it studders as if the fuel wasn't getting through. If I press to the floor the RPM goes to 3,000 and the gear drops down then it takes off like it should without any studder.
I don't think its a fuel injectors. Had 2 replaced and everything else checked out, early september.
I change my oil every 5,000klm (Rotella T6 5w-40). Fuel filter every 10,000. Trans fluid (drain pan and replace) every fuel filter change. All OEM. Just replaced the EGR valve.
Going to replace the air filter (haven't done that in about 40,000klm.
Any ideas? I would like to drive out to the east cost this winter with my truck, nut only if she cleans up her act.
180,000klm on her now.
only modes are bypass coolant filter and ARP head studs done at 90,000klm.

I'll check the fuel pressure tonight. It's under the hood and I hope the injectors are ok. I'll check for codes.
By the way FICM is 47.0 - 47.5v. It's been that way for a couple years.
