Just drive it into a Ford dealer and ask really nice.
The trick is to get the long report and not the short one,
Also if work was not done under a warrantee or outside
of Ford it not going to show. One way to get some love
is go in and talk to parts and buy some thing and ask.
That way they see your spending $ there and may be more
inclined to help you out and get the report. Take the truck in
when you go they don't like giving it out if they don't know
that you own the truck.

Kids truck was originally sold at Tousley, still has Tousley sticker on tailgate.
I emailed parts about some things I was getting, and asked for it. They sent me the OASIS no questions asked.
I would just get a set of filters, even if you get a little gouged, it's still a free OASIS.

Thanks guys. The truck I'm looking at is actually at a Ford Dealership but the sales guy I've been talking to a young guy who's new to the job and didn't know what an OASIS report was.
Due to my work I can only make it by the dealership shortly before they close and the Service Manager is long gone by then.
I'm waiting an an insurance adjuster to come take pictures of my F250 and maybe when that's done I can swing by. Someone ran a red light and took my truck out. How's that for a birthday present?!

Got the OASIS and the truck. 
2006 F350 Lariat FX4 CCSB 130K
Spent a little time messing with and monitoring via FORScan. 1 Code (ESOF 4x4 Solenoid). Had it inspected by a very reputable Diesel shop. All came out great, sans Solenoid.
Drives so smooth! Pics...eventually. Pouring down rain all afternoon.
