HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT?

FIRST MY HEATER ONLY BLOWS HEAT ON HIGH,VERY WELL. NOW ANTI-FREEZE SMELL AND A CLOUD COMING THRU HEAT VENTS,FOGGING MY WINDSHEILD UP. ANY HELP,THANK YOU

Turn the caps off, using them is considered to be shouting and is rude.

The leaking antifreeze is a sure sign the heater core sprung a leak. If you're tight on cash or time you can try radiator sealer, but if you want to replace the heater core, on some models it's a good 8 hour job and the entire dash has to come out.

I did replace it before a few years. Easy job. Somewhat time consuming but really nothing special. Someone post how to with every bolt shown. I have photo of my work.

wow thats alot of work,taking the whole dash apart,i think ill try some leak sealer first,thank you for ur post tho GEORGE

Dash is one peace. Need not take it away just swing. You open driver side and put at seat and passenger side just unscrew. 2 five hours days of work. Who did that before only one day. 20 screws or so.
