Too much fuel?

6.4 l Powerstroke, Started having this issue, P308, 8 misfire, only happens at an idle in Park.Watch the short video, change FI,rockers, thinking the PCM flooding #8. Thought?

Check your icp.. unplug it if it dies it’s good if it stays running it’s bad. Also check to see if there is oil inside where the pins are on the icp and check for oil on the pig tail connector
