2002 f250
put it in 4 wheel dr, went straight to 4wheel low will not come out took to local mech. no idea whats going on . he said take to ford dealer . help

Is this an electronic or manual shift 4WD system?

Truck must be stopped and in neutral with your foot on the brake to shift in or out of 4low if it is the electronic system with the know on the dash. You may have to roll forward or back and try a few times if the driveline is in a bind.
