Jerky acceleration

Got a 97 f250 psd that I did the 5speed swap to. That went great, no problems with that. This issue was happening before the swap with the auto transmission. Anyway, at lower rpms, lime before the motor gets wound out, and you give it a good bit of throttle, it's almost like the truck is hesitating or jerk in a little until the rpm's get built up a little. It's not a huge issue, but it bugs me. Truck has 190k on it could it be that just the injectors are getting worn?

With the truck turned off, if you press on the accelerator pedal, how far do you have to push it before you hear the "click" of the IVS switch? If the IVS isn't deactivating soon after you touch the pedal, the throttle is more or less "locked out" and when it re-energizes, it's seeing partial application, which will make the truck "jump". If that's the issue, it's really just as simple as bending the little metal tab on the pedal assembly to make sure that the switch "clicks" as soon as you start to move the pedal.
