08 E350 intermittent security starter lockout.
Yesterday I changed my blower motor. I removed the battery for this of course. After putting it all back together my van now has occasional securiloc issues. The van does not have a chip key, just a plain key.
I turn ignition to on and the security light flashes, then the odometer reads service RSC now and the starter will not engage. This happens randomly. Today I had it happen 5 times, and the rest of the time it didn't. I don't have any warning lights on when driving and the van operates fine. This only started after I removed the battery.
