I have a rumble like vibration once a hit 60mph that I can feel in my seat. I've had the tires load balanced and new rotors and pads installed.
Ford service admits there is a vibration but says it could be very costly to find.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem or can offer any advice?

Rumble only at around 60? Does it happen momentarily and then go away? Could be the torque converter. They chatter sometimes when they try to lock up and have trouble doing so. Usually because of dirty fluid or weak springs in the TC.
If it's a persistent rumble at 60, I have no idea. Mine does that, and ONLY while I'm cruising at 60. Smooth as glass at any other speed.
I had a rumble/vibration on mine right about 60 MPH. I don't do much highway driving so I ignored it. Just had tires replaced and it went away.
Just my $.02
