For the past couple of months, I have been battling a very annoying vibration in my truck. It exists from 45mph to about 75mph, but is most prevailent at 60mph. This vibration is noticeable when I am holding a constant speed and seems to be coming from the rear of the truck. If I accelerate slightly, it seems to disappear. The problem started back in November, right about when it started to get cold. It has been to the dealer 3 times and scheduled to go back next week. On the 1st trip, they balanced the tires. No differnence. On the 2nd trip, they said two of the tires are severely out of round, so they put on 4 new tires. No difference. On the 3rd trip, they said my two rear wheels were bad, so they replaced those. Still no difference. They have also checked the driveshaft balance, U joints, hanger bearing, etc and all is good.
The truck is an 03 F350 CC, V10, 3.73 and completely in stock form right now. 11,000 miles on it.
Does anyone have any ideas? I told them to keep the truck next week until it is fixed, but I am not very confident they will find anything.

2)u-joints( make them replace)

I have mine in the shop now it had a vibration from 40mph and up but only under acceleration or going up hill none when decelleration / down hill. It was the rear U Joint .
Have you had your driveshaft out of the truck???If you did, did you put it back exactly like it came out? If there not put back the same as they came out, it could cause a vibration.(They are balanced from the factory as a unit). If thats not the case check to see if the shaft has thrown a balance weight. Just a couple of things to check, hope this helps.
