Clutch bleeding process?

i find out that after my truck been used for a extended period of time the clutch get mushy a bit and makes it more difficult to shift.the longer I run her thru the day the worse she gets.am told I may have air in the system.i found a nipple looking thing on the left side top of the tranny slightly avobe the hole where you can see the clutch.am assuming that where I bleed the thing. Am going to assume the process is the same as in bleeding the brakes? Pump and bleed, fill and repeat til air is gone or there is something else I need to do? Thank for help in advance.
