My 1962 F100, 4x4 has lighting issues. The headlights and signals work, but no park lights or brake lights. No one has tampered with them. I had to install a flasher for the signals. The fuse block is really hard to access. It's behind the e brake lever. Any ideas>
Do the front parking lights work or do none of them come on when the switch is pulled? You said that you replaced the flasher do the signals work front and rear?
Ohh you said that the signals worked (oopss) I'd look at the switch first, sounds like it may have seen better days. You may have to pull the cluster out to get at the switch good, but unplug the switch and take your multimeter and find the terminal that is supplying power to the switch, then take a jumper wire and jump from power to the other terminals to find out which one is which, if you can make the parking lights come on this way your switch is faulty, if not it may be your turn signal switch going bonkers, it doesn't sound like a fuse if the signals work since they should be on the same circuit as the parking lights. Also be careful not to let your jump wire touch the dash or anything or you will blow a fuse!

The fuse panel attaches to the headlamp switch, see pic below.

The brake (stop) lamp switch is located in front of the master cylinder. It's pressure activated when you step on the pedal.
When it gets gummed up with dirty brake fluid, the brake lamps no longer work.
