4WD Issues

I am having two issues with my 4WD on my truck.

About 2 months ago I had a 2" leveling kit installed on my truck. When I left the shop I noticed a humming on my front driver side tire, a few miles down the road I heard a pop and the sound went away. Long story short I did some reasearch and narrowed it down that my IWE system was possibly damaged from the shop since I didn't have any issues with this before. I ran a few tests, switched my truck into 4H and back to 2WD, humming was back but went away shortly. During this time I also noticed a loud rattle from the same tire. And I have also noticed that if I hit a hard bump or accelerate quickly the humming comes back. In the two months since the install the humming has happened about 10 times but goes away within a few minutes or when I stop and start back but the rattle has stayed. That's my first problem.

Second problem. I was driving on some muddy roads, stopped and switched to 4L and everything engaged fine no issues. Drove about a mile, tried to switch back into 2WD while stopped. I got the "shift delayed, pull forward message" So I switched into drive and hit the gas but I didn't go anywhere. Switched back to neutral and back to drive and still couldn't move. I turned the switch back to 4L and back to 2WD. All of the sudden I heard a loud whinning noise and then a loud bang and the truck jumped. I was now in 2WD. Started driving and the humming from above was back but went away quickly. Ive tried shifting into 4WD since and the same thing happens every time I switch into 4L. However switching into 4H everything is fine.

Here are my thoughts.
1. Both problems are related and stem from an issue with the IWE or check valve
2. Bad iwe or check valve AND a t-case issue (motor or t-case itself)

I hope its my first thought, I've never had any issues with my 4WD system until that install and the original humming noise.

Any thoughts?

Ive found the noisy IWE is the good one, due to the quiet one leaking vacuum, making the loud one half engaged. Maybe since the lift Id check the hoses to the IWE, maybe its unhooked, or depending how it was installed maybe messed one up. The shifting problems could have been when it didnt go and you went into gear and not back to neutral and the trans was spinning faster than the tcase could shift or mesh. The grinding/whining was trying to mesh and the loud pop and lung is when it went in.

What was the fix? Having same issue.

If the truck is not MOVING, then the transfer case is not going into gear .... Having the IWE disconnect the front wheels, does not effect the rear axle being engaged. ........... but the NOISE in the front end is the IWE.
