Auxillary lights

I'm looking for ways to improve night driving on country roads. The stock lighting is ok but I'm thinkin some extra lighting would be a good thing. So what are you guys running? I do have the uplifter switches!

Thanks

Do you have the factory fog lights in the bumper? If not, they give off a lot of light and greatly improve the looks of the front end.

I am running LED lighting from Rigid Industries on the front of my truck. 1 set of their LED fog lights, 1 set of their D2 LED driving lights and a 20" LED lightbar. All mounted in the front bumper.

You can buy the factory ford kit with the lights, brackets, harness and replacement headlight switch. There are two different kits, depending on if you have power windows and locks. If you had this, you could always add led fog lights later and all ready have the brackets, harness and switch. It made a world of difference in the appearance of my truck. There is also a rough country light bar that mounts between your tow hooks in the bumper.

I have the halogen headlights and I drive down lots of rural unlighted roads at night. IMO the factory fog lights are useless. I have this 32" LED light bar from HID Extra hooked up to the first upfitter switch. It's easy to turn on and off if I see another vehicle coming.

I have a 40" single row curved light bar that lights up the road pretty good.

Is that the light bar with the large cooling fins on back? Looks like an easy mount to the bumper. I saw on the vendors website that there are two versions of the light bar and I'm liking the more powerful one with the rear cooling fins.

Thanks Bill
