Radio

Hey everyone I got a 2017 f150 fx4 with the at package my radio has the big screen ect. I'm having issues with it going blank and restarting randomly anyone else have this issue?

Mine has rebooted once or twice in the 2-1/2 years since I've had it. Not for the last year or so though.

I've had mine 9 months and this is third time just ain't made it to the dealership yet

Have you tried a Master Reset?

It can be done on the screen itself.

Go to settings, press General, then scroll down until you see Master Reset,

Read the instructions to make sure it`s ok with you because any and all info you`ve stored in SYNC will be erased after you hit Master Reset, then let the system do it`s thing.

The screen will go blank so don`t get worried.

This should only take a few minutes for the system to reset and reboot itself.

Afterwards, you`ll have to pair your phone again but the system will be just like it was when you first got the vehicle.
