The link you are writing is just pictures, what I have found out is that it is from a 1972 torino, but I do need documentation for the number of horse powers .What color did the engines in Ford's f100 1954 have, it was red or blue maybe someone has a color code?

This is the block casting number that is a foundry mark. It's not specifically for a Torino, despite the letter O in the prefix.

This 302 block could have been installed in any 1972 Ford/Merc Passenger Car, F100, Bronco and Econoline.

1972 302 F100/Bronco/Econoline: 130 certified net HP @ 3,800 RPM

By 1972, the HP race that began in the US in the 1950's was just about over. During the race, all the auto makers grossly overstated their HP ratings.

With a few exceptions, 4V carbs were replaced with 2V carbs, headers were replaced by restricting cast iron exhaust manifolds, dual exhausts were replaced with single exhausts.

The US Gov't told the auto makers that their engines had to be detuned for smog regulations.
