TRANS not going forward

I have a 2002 f150 4x4 super crew with a 4r70w recently got it rebuilt reinstalled it and it only had reverse no forward so i dropped it and put in a used trans and it does the same thing help

I hate to reply this way, but why did you not do trouble shooting instead of all the work to replace the trans only to have the same issue?
Check for codes and fuse #23.
