I need to take off the right side headers to remove my cooked starter. Any tips you can give me on how to remove the rusty header bolts? I have a feeling they'll break off when I crank them off. A good soaking in WD-40?

I usually run the engine and let it get good and hot, then loosen them, has worked so far, just gotta watch them hot exhaust parts. or use pb blaster or something like that.
That's good advice. pre soak in Pblaster, Loosen when hot, and my own theory is this: If you start turning one of those bolts, keep going at the same rate till it's off.
In other words keep the air ratchet or the mechanical wrench going while you have the bolt moving.
If you let the bolt stop, it's so hot from friction, it will sieze in place, and then you'll twist it off when you start it up again.
Always use Air drivers when you can, and dont jazz the triggers.
