I purchased a 2017 F250 6.7L, Lariat 4x4 crewcab three months ago and have already had multiple issues with the truck. First issue was a strong pull to the right. I couldn't notice it on the test drive because I was in San Antonio and driving mostly in traffic. The dealership balanced the tires and had the alignment checked. It was within specs on camber but they adjusted the toe on one side and the caster is outside normal specs but they said it wasn't a major issue. The truck still has a small pull to the right.
Second issue - along with the pull to the right, it looked like my steering wheel was set a few notches to the right, like it wasn't put on straight. The dealership confirmed it needed to be re-set and took care of it.
Third issue is/was a driver door rattle. Dealership tried replacing the strike plate on the pillar and the door seal but it didn't help. Eventually I narrowed it down to the latch not fitting tightly over the bar on the strike plate. I put some electrical tape over the bar and the rattle is gone. The dealership is ordering a new latch but I don't think it will matter. We'll see. The doors seem to move a lot when on bumpy roads and hitting even a small pothole can cause the entire cab to shake violently. I'm thinking of trying the surgical tube in the door seal modification to get a more solid feel.
Fourth issue - I hooked up my travel trailer tonight for an early morning trip to the RV dealer tomorrow morning. I left the trailer hooked up to the truck and locked the truck. Within 30 minutes the truck alarm starts going off. I go out and turn off the alarm but within seconds it happens again. I finally left the truck unlocked and the alarm hasn't gone off since. Thankfully I live out in the country far from any major roads so not concerned about anyone taking off with the rig. I'm wondering if the weight of the trailer on the truck is causing the alarm to trigger. I will stop by the dealer I bought it from tomorrow to see if they have addressed this with anyone else.
I really like the truck overall but I am getting tired of multiple trips to the dealership within three months of purchase. Let me know if you've experienced these issues or any others.
I agree these doors sound like they might fall off on bumps . my boy saind changeout the stop with a 150 fixes the problem . sounds like ongoing problem ...for years ..
Either I'm not as observant as some of you all, or my 2011 was so crappy inside the cab (wind noise, door noise, etc..) that I do not notice the door rattles or vibrations over bumps in my 2017 F250.
The dealer probably made the steering wheel off center by setting the toe but not adjusting the drag link. I have put 58k miles on my dually since January. The only thing my truck has been in for is leaky wheel sensors. Hopefully they get it fixed for you soon.

I'm with you, my 17 feels like a Mercedes compared to the disaster my 12 was as far as wind noise, loose plastic, and squeaks when over uneven surface.

Heh I owned a '01 TransAM and a '12 Ram 2500. I don't know that I will know what to do with a truck that doesn't squeak or rattle. The TA was a huge rattle trap

Amen, my last Ford pickup was a 1968 F100. The 2017 King Ranch feels like a Presidential Limo in comparison.
the only thing i've noticed with this truck is that the aluminum body either transmits sound impressively or just doesn't suppress it equally impressively
the first time i set off down the highway with mud on my tires i thought i'd see pieces of the truck falling off in the mirrors, it was disturbingly loud, multiple times louder than the same thing has ever been on anything else i've ever driven
i do have an annoying rattle from the back seat but i'm 90% sure it's from where my diesel hose rests on the bed, especially after hearing what mud flinging around sounds like
I did the surgical tubing mod and on my XL it really helped the doors stay a lot
more solid over rough roads. The door closes with a much more solid feel. For
me this worked well.
I had an alignment issue also and made sure i was testing the alignment on a flat road with no curvature. also make sure the tires are inflated evenly..check in the morning when the tires are cold. my aligntment pulled to the left..took it to the dealer and it was off..its perfectly aligned now..
I also have the drivers door squeak/tick/rattle whatever you want to call it problem. the only fix i came up with is the electrical tape over the striker like you did. I get no noise now..im happy.
