forum auto scroll feature

this is driving me nuts, It only happens on this site but when I scroll down some its starts auto scrolling. I use chrome, and I deselected auto scrolling on it after some googling and it made no difference. any idea how to disable this.

I will be interested to see if anyone has a way around this. Also drives me crazy. For me it only happens on chrome I don’t have the same issue on internet explorer.

Are you sure you're not toggling it on by pressing DOWN on the wheel button of your mouse?

no I am not pressing the down button on the wheel, It happens on 2 different mouses also.

I can vouch for that mine just turns on and it seems to pick up speed towards the bottom of the page. Super irritating.
