I had a front turn indicator housing lose seal and collect a good amount of water. I am replacing the housing and bulb sockets. The turn indicator/parking light socket is easy enough, but I can't figure out how to pull the marker light socket out of the plug. Has anyone else ever had to do this? I'd like to get this done this weekend as this is spouse's DD and I don't want her getting pulled over for non-compliance.

Thanks, Steve. But I have the bulb out, I am needing to replace the socket the bulb fits in. There is a terminating plug on the harness that the socket plugs into and there is some type of locking element that I need to release, but looking at it from the outside of the two joined together, I am unable to figure out where or what that locking feature is. Also, if anyone has ever replaced one of these sockets, would you mind to verify the part# as AL8Z-13411-C or F81Z-13411-BA. Thanks

That is close, but if the socket was out of the plug, I think it would look like this, but many sites have this listed as a reverse light socket, but I found these numbers on the TascaParts site.
