Hood part ID needed please!

Hi guys,

I thought I would take y'all up on the offer of "anything you don't know where it goes post a pic and someone will know", which is great and thank you so much in advance.

Here are the two parts. I put a quarter in the shot for scale.

I think they go on the hood or radiator support somewhere.

Any help please, you guys are amazing!

Hood alignment bracket. Mounts on upper radiator valance and holds one end of the support rod that attaches of the firewall.

Neat custom trick...when assembling these hood rod brackets, mount the left one on the right side from the underside of the radiator support and vice versa. They work exactly the same it's just that they don't stick up when mounted underneath.
