I want to put a functional hood scoop on my truck. There are a lot of styles to choose from. Does anyone have any installed? Can you all post pics of yours? I want to see the different styles actually mounted on a dent.
Not really a hood scoop, But a hood vent?. They were from a 99 gt and felt the fit the curve of the dents hood fairly well, And might I add they very functional. And I think i seen one guy graft hood scoops from a maverick grabber onto a dent.
Man, I'm not really a fan of hood scoops. But I really like the look of the green dent. It's shorty than the other Styles I've seen. I like it! I like it alooot! But scoops look good only on street rods. Not really on lifted trucks... In my opinion
He used the ends of another hood as the scoop, it matches the body line perfectly that way. I don't think I would put the FORD from Ranger tailgates on the sides of it though.
