What is this part (PCV) called??

Hopefully somebody can steer me straight on this part?

I replaced my non-heated blue plastic PCV valve after reading here; but my '05 Excursion has a different part (heated by coolant) on the manifold:

Manifold end of PCV hose.

I've been scouring the autoparts sites and FordParts.com which calls out a 6A666 "regulating valve assembly" but when I search for images of that part I get the plastic PCV valve in the valve cover.
