When I'm at a stop light my check engine light will flash on and I have zero acceleration than let off pedal light goes out and all excelleration is back. Lights off random intermittent problems. I had put my truck on its side a few weeks ago. Changed fluids and water fuel seperator, but not the diesel filter could that be it?? Please help need truck for work.

The check engine light means there is a code get the codes read the truck is trying to tell you what’s wrong. Without the codes it’s just a guessing game. Have codes read report back and with yours dtc’s and we can start to help you.

 

I had the codes read at o reily, nothing came up. The check engine light only goes on for 10 seconds. Is there a reader I can buy in Amazon.
