What are your plans? You are "restoring" a f150 with a f250 frame? Are they 4x4? The master cylinders are different between a f150 and a f250. It all depends on what suspension and brakes you will be using.

If you are using the F250 brakes, use the F250 master and booster.

I'm not so sure that a frame swap would qualify as a restoration, but it's just words and opinions. What will matter is what you vehicle is registered as. The F150 VIN on the cab will legally limit you to F150 weights despite the F250 frame and axles.

Yes, use the f250 master cylinder. You can look the booster up, it might be the same.

If you have any question while doing this, go to a site like Autozone, Advance, O-reilly's, etc. and punch in the f150 and write the part number down, and then punch in the f250 you are using and see if the part number matches. They want to keep the least amount of inventory in stock, so if the part is the same, they will carry only the one part number for both trucks.
