I have a new 2017 F250 super duty 4x4, a mechanic told me I was missing the covers that fit inside the bumper to cover the bolts on each side of the tow hooks in the bumper. I am looking for the name of them What are they called, I told the salesman I was missing them via E-mail he didn't know what I was talking about, I have tried to find them online, for a part # no luck can't find info online about them without the right name, dealer to far show them what I mean and have them tell me "not in stock" truck only 2 weeks old . Please help Thanks Tim
This mechanic was one who put the undercarriage on for my boss plow, he than showed me another f250 in there shop with the covers in place and I seen the slots that they lock into on that truck and mine but Tony was not sure what Ford calls the Tow hook bolts covers
also seen bumper w/o tow hooks that have the openings covered with some plastic covers that would hide the bolt holes and not leave the bumper openings empty or open
Thanks again I found the OEM #
