TFI Module - Any improvements?
I was just reading about the Class Action Suit brought against Ford several years ago concerning the TFI Module malfunctioning because it overheats too easily and stalls the engine. My '86 Bronco II exhibits all the characteristics described in the suit. Since Ford eventually settled, I assume they must have agreed there was a problem with the TFI. Does anyone know if Ford redesigned the TFI ? If I buy a new replacement TFI tomorrow, will it have the same defect?
