Constant whine 2008 4.6 Trying to Locate Source

Seeking some input on troubleshooting source of consistent whine which began at +/- 130 k/miles (155k currently). No mechanical issues w/engine, better than routine/prescribed maintenance and fluid changes. Whine is variable with RPM, no change either cold or hot, all equipment on belt path working fine, no fluid leaks, replaced belt and 2 idler pully's and tension arm assembly with no change in noise and parts off showed no deteriorated issues. Seems to be from area lower in engine, in area of A/C compressor, A/C functioning fine, system charge in tolerance. Interested if others have experienced similar whine and results to troubleshoot origin of noise. New to FTE, thanks in advance for any guidance and input.

With the engine cold or cool, remove the belt and start it up. Is the whine still there? If not it's one of the accessories being driven by the belt.
