running rough
I have a 2001 4.6 auto 4x4 ext cab. At a stop it runs rough and when I put it in neautral it is smooth also when driving it is smooth any thoughts???

Look for vacuum leaks, especially in the PCV area. You might try cleaning the mass-air meter too.
How many miles on it? Might be time for some spark plugs.

My dad had an almost similar problem on his '99 4.6. Turned out to be a bad plug wire.
