Passenger side was bad clip was broken and wires were bad so I am going to replace gasket and wires not sure should I do the drivers side or wait till it goes out ?

if it's a newer harness nd it works fine, why replace it? If you want to be sure its good, check the resistance on all the wires, and if they're the same then you're good.
